As part of the new DVOD Partnership Plan, your hotel will be installed with a complete Interactive Digital Video-on-Demand System. Eye In The Sky / GalaVu maintains the equipment and software, provides blockbuster movies and entertainment, and supports movie sales with in-room and front desk collateral material as
well as marketing and promotional programs - all contributing to increased movie revenues at your hotel. The hotel purchases/leases the equipment and is given a much higher-than-industry-average revenue share.
Eye In The Sky / GalaVu is constantly breaking new ground in the hotel PPV industry with innovative and creative marketing programs. The hotels are supplied with eye-catching In-room Cards and Front Desk Posters that will raise awareness of the Pay-TV programming in the hotel. Additionally, several innovative hotel staff and
guest-focused marketing promotions are executed each year. These promotions are designed to motivate the hotel staff to promote the pay TV services in the hotel and drive guest viewing. Our unique marketing support will contribute to increased profitability of the DVOD system in your hotel.
DVOD TECHNICAL INFORMATION
A state-of-the-art Digital Video Server is the heart of the GalaVu DVOD Entertainment System. It efficiently delivers digital video content with improved quality, to each guest. The digital video server contains a library of no less than 20 recent Hollywood movies and other entertainment programming options that are delivered on demand to your guests.
Utilizing proprietary software, hardware and the power of cable, Internet and digital technologies, the GalaVu DVOD Entertainment system provides a wide range of unique, in-room entertainment packages and guest services. Some of the additional features are Hotel Info Channel, Internet, Just for Laughs, KidzTV, Meeting Channel, Naked News, Nintendo 64, NTN, WebOn TV and XTV.

The guest navigates through a Graphical Menu System, goes through several information and confirmation screens and selects a movie. |

After the purchase is confirmed, the selected digital movie is decoded by the video server, modulated and transmitted directly to the guest's television, over the hotel cable network. |

The guest now has access to the selected digital movie and can enjoy the associated improvement in Audio and Video quality. |

After the movie is over, the guest uses the remote control to watch another movie or has the option to return to the Free TV programming offered by the hotel. |

Movie purchases appear on guest's bill automatically (with PMSI interface), and are collected by hotel front desk. |

All Guest purchase records and channel logging information are available for review by the front desk staff. |
